Kristin Hoff-Filak brings more than 10 years of experience in real estate, sales, and client service to RA Homes Realty. Born and raised in Wisconsin, she now calls Milton home, where she enjoys life with her husband, Tom, and their three boys — Nolan, Max, and Theo. Her deep-rooted connection to the Janesville and Milton communities gives her a true insider’s perspective on local neighborhoods, schools, and the people who make them special.

Before joining RA Homes Realty, Kristin worked as a Broker Associate with Century 21 Affiliated and previously as a Sales Manager with U.S. Cellular, where she developed her strong communication and leadership skills. A graduate of UW-Whitewater with a degree in Business Finance and a minor in French, Kristin combines her business savvy with a genuine love for helping clients find the perfect place to call home — a space where memories are made, milestones celebrated, and lives built.

Known for being loyal, trustworthy, and an open communicator, Kristin approaches every transaction with heart and professionalism. Outside of real estate, she loves spending time with family, traveling — especially to Disney World and Southern California — and hosting festive gatherings (her holiday décor is legendary). Kristin is thrilled to be part of a woman-owned, community-minded brokerage that shares her values and excitement for helping others feel right at home.
